Bruno

I went to go see the midnight showing of Bruno last night. Now i have been waiting for a month of two to see this movie so naturally i was very excited, we got their almost and hour an a half early got our seats and impatiently waited until the movie began. The first half...decent basically more of the same; the second half...was disgraceful. Disgraceful in many ways: It stereotyped the entire gay community by generalizing the way we talked, dressed and acted. It made out homosexual men to be sex-crazed perverts who go around seducing other men all day and displayed being gay as nothing but purely materialistic and sexual. Overall the movie was horrible. If you must see it, do, so you will understand where I am coming from.

That is all.

Midnight Trips

At midnight in the great city of McKinney, Tx there is not much to do. My friends and I (polychromee, Katie, and Jordan) decided a trip to Wal-mart was the best option. Wal-mart is so tragic; the clothes and shoes make me want to vomit, but at the same time their prices are unmatched for everyday household items. WHAT if Wal-mart had nice clothing, or rather cheap clothing that was...pleasant to the eye? THAT would be the day, huh. I am starting to find my own style now which is nice, i love being able to wear whatever i want. I need to stop playing it safe and start wearing things that truly express myself. We will see where this takes me :)
